If you suspect your garment to be faulty, please reach out to our team and we will inspect your item. If found to have manufacturing defect, we will look to repair or replace (at no cost to the customer) the garment that appears to have manufacturing faults- including seams, hardware and/or material abnormalities.
All our products use premium YKK zippers. Improper use can cause strain on zips and they can wear easily. If the break is deemed a manufacturing fault upon inspection then a replacement or repair can be offered. Please review our care instructions and fully. We have a strict policy to assure that these instructions are followed at all times. Please note: VARLO has a strict 3-month Warranty period from receipt date.
