Thank you for considering Team Varlo for your 2025 season. We believe that community is the heart of sport, and we love coming together both on and off the race course. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment for all athletes—runners, cyclists, triathletes, and beyond—helping them conquer their goals for tomorrow.
Our foundation is built on athlete development and empowering everyone to reach their potential. Whether you’re just starting out on your multisport journey or competing at the world championship level, we invite you to apply. We simply ask that you support and encourage your fellow teammates and athletes in achieving their goals.
TEAM BENEFITS
All team members for our 2025 team receive an exclusive Varlo pack with their team order at no additional cost. Team pack items include:

For our 2025 year, Team Varlo members who qualify for an Ironman World championship (70.3 / Full) or USAT worlds, will receive a sponsorship offering for the next Team Varlo calendar year. Sponsorship offering includes a Team Varlo Worlds Triathlon suit at no cost. Sponsorship offering requires that the team member qualifies during the 2025 year and must be on the team for the next calendar year (2026).
All team members qualify for our Summit athlete program for freebees and swag by celebrating their podium finish at any race where they register under Team Varlo.
Our exclusive group chats are one of the most valuable aspects of being part of our team. You can share knowledge, exchange laughs, network, and coordinate training and racing events with like-minded individuals. Our leadership team, including key figures from Varlo, frequently interacts within these groups. You'll also gain access to exclusive online content and participate in regular live video chats featuring insights from our team leaders, sponsors, and professional athletes. What you need to know
Team members will be informed of acceptance to the team within 2 weeks after applications close.
Yes, you can apply if you live outside of the US.
No, you do not need to be fast or top percentage of your age group to apply for Team Varlo. Our mission is to have a home for all athletes and empower them to conquer their goals of tomorrow.
If your application is approved for consideration, there is no annual membership fee, but we do ask that you purchase racing and training items in our team store to represent Team Varlo 2025.
Team benefits include:

Program starts July 1st, 2024!
- Athlete post social media image of them in Team Varlo Kit on top of race podium.
- Athlete must be registered as team Varlo Athlete for race.
- Athlete must be in current year Team Varlo race apparel
Swag items
First Swag Item: Official Team Varlo Summit Athlete Pin. (tier 1)
Second Swag Item: Official Team Varlo Summit Athlete Cap (tier 2)
Team members can only submit for 1 Summit swag item per month. Team members must have qualified and received tier 1 swag to qualify for tier 2 swag item. Program starts July 1st and retro dated qualifications will not count towards swag.
