Meet Rachel Zilinskas - Pro Triathlete

Hailing from Scottsdale, Arizona, Rachel Zilinskas has been competing in triathlon since 2018. Rachel is coming off her rookie professional year with multiple top 4 Ironman finishes, a podium finish, and a Kona qualification. She is currently the #2 ranked swimmer in the world by the Professional Triathletes Organisation. Before competing in triathlon, Rachel swam competitively for 17 years at an elite level. As a member of the USA Swimming National Team in both open water and pool events, she earned international medals competing around the world.

After a four-year collegiate career at the University of Georgia where she was a 6-time All-American, team captain, and a member of two NCAA National Championship teams, Rachel retired from the sport of competitive swimming. In 2018, she competed in her first triathlon and what was meant to be a new hobby turned into a new athletic career, earning her elite license in 2021.
