Essential Function and Responsibilities:

  • Manage US retailers to advance sales and brand presence within retailers.
  • Manage relationships and accounts that carry Varlo products.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and enhance efficiency in the apparel segment.
  • Manage CRM tools to drive sales and account records.
  • Ensure proper execution of sales goals and targets managed in a central tool to drive operational efficiency.
  • Develop organic sales opportunities and leads through customer engagement in the U.S.
  • Document inbound opportunities from marketing tools and initiatives effectively to grow the customer base.
  • Maintain a high level of lead generation from targeted accounts.
  • Demonstrate immense drive to push sales in a self-directed manner to achieve sales goals.
  • Plan and identify sales opportunities via live events in the US.
  • Attend live Varlo brand events to drive sales and lead generation.
  • Forecast live selling opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Attend tradeshows for B2B opportunities.
  • Efficiently manage production channels to assure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong B2B experience, preferably in sports apparel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proficient in project management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel.
